Having a nationally prominent law practice, we litigate appeals in appellate courts nationwide, federal government contract disputes, business and commercial contract actions, and also various civil liability cases.

Mr. Golanski has successfully litigated scores of appeals in state and Federal courts nationwide, including the United States Supreme Court. He has written legal briefs and published several articles on the uses of scientific evidence in law. A James Kent Scholar at the Columbia University School of Law–Columbia Law’s highest academic honor–as well as a Phi Beta Kappa scholar, Mr. Golanski is a member of the Bar of the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the United States Supreme Court, Federal appeals courts in numerous circuits, and the United States Court of Federal Claims, which has jurisdiction over cases involving government contract disputes and bid protests.

We litigate civil appeals in state and Federal courts, government contract and business contract cases, and libel and defamation claims. In addition to representing government contractor businesses and corporations before Federal agencies, the Government Accountability Office, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the General Services Board of Contract Appeals, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, we have also successfully represented clients in a variety of complex litigations, with a special focus on libel and defamation issues.
