Alani Golanski is a nationally prominent
business and appellate litigator with many years of
experience in complex commercial, government contracts,
products liability and business litigations that have
raised a host of cutting edge substantive, procedural
and constitutional issues. Mr. Golanski is prepared
to represent and defend your business or institution
in litigation, and he is currently litigating several
large business and contract disputes in various state
and federal courts. Mr. Golanski also has special expertise handling civil appeals and
juvenile delinquency cases.
In conjunction with his practice, he
has written legal briefs and published several articles
on the uses of science and social science in law. Mr.
Golanski, a James Kent Scholar at the Columbia University
School of Law, is a member of the Bars of the States
of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the United
States Supreme Court, Federal appellate courts in numerous
circuits, and several United States District Courts,
including the United States Court of Federal Claims,
which has jurisdiction over cases involving bid protests
and government contracts.
Among his many projects, Mr. Golanski
is litigating a number of major government contract
disputes and Federal bid protests on behalf of several
corporations before the United States Court of Federal
Claims, the Government Accountability Office, and the
Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Mr. Golanski
has also served as New York counsel in the
In re Johns-Manville
Corporation bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of asbestos
personal injury and wrongful death claimants bringing
actions against Manville’s former insurers.
