How do I pay for Tiki?

By credit card. Tiki happily accepts all the major flavors. We charge your card at the beginning of each month of service. If you sign up for or later opt to upgrade to one of our paying plans, you are automatically billed monthly to your credit card on file.

What’s your refund policy?

Tiki is a service that you pay for on a month-to-month basis, and you’re free to cancel your account at any time. We don’t provide refunds, and don’t prorate accounts that are cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle. If you cancel your account, you’ll only be charged for the month for which you’ve already paid.

Where is Tiki hosted? Is my data backed up? Is it secure?

Tiki is hosted on MetaFoundry’s host infrastructure, which is managed by Peer 1 Networks—a world leader in hosting provision. We use two Peer 1 data centers, one in Miami and one in Atlanta. We take all commercially reasonably precautions to secure our customer data. Data is backed up nightly in multiple locations. Learn more about Peer 1’s facility and service level.

Can I put Tiki on my own server?

Tiki is only available as a hosted service managed by MetaFoundry, so there’s no software for you to download or manage—we take care of Tiki, its hosting, security, backups, upgrades, all that stuff, so you can take care of getting things done.
